Before real estate became a major part of his career, he built an impressive professional background in the aerospace industry. After beginning his career as a welder in the oilfield, working on pipelines, pressure vessels, and oil rigs, he joined SpaceX as a Lead Welder, contributing to the construction of launch infrastructure for Starship and Falcon 9 in Boca Chica, Texas, and Florida’s Space Coast. He later joined NASA, where he continues to work as a Lead Welder supporting America’s space program. That experience developed the discipline, precision, leadership, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills that he now brings to his real estate clients.

 

His real estate experience started on the investment side. After studying wholesaling and completing a real estate investing course at UCF, he completed his first four deals while still working at SpaceX. Over the past several years, he has consistently sourced approximately 8–12 investment properties per year, helping identify opportunities that investors could acquire, renovate, and reposition for profit. This gives his clients an advantage that goes beyond simply touring homes: he understands how to evaluate a property’s potential, recognize value, analyze opportunities, and approach negotiations from an investor’s perspective.

 

With deep familiarity with Brevard County and Florida’s Space Coast, he also understands the growth being driven by the region’s aerospace industry and what makes this market unique.
